In your new role, you will:
1. Work as a technical expert with extensive knowledge in NLP, specializing in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Chatbots, and Agentic Systems. Stay updated on the latest advancements and incorporate them into our workflow.
2. Transform prototypes into production solutions, adhering to best practices for development and deployment. This requires a comprehensive understanding of technical requirements and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
3. Support the operation of solutions, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and implementing change requests to ensure they meet user needs.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1. A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in NLP/AIML and MLOps, including a minimum of 1 year focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs).
3. Hands-on experience in LLMs / Generative AI, Chatbots, RAG, or AI Agents, including designing and implementing AI solutions powered by LLMs.
4. Extensive experience in Software Engineering & Development cycles (CI/CD), with proficiency in scripting languages, especially Python.
5. Good understanding and experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure), particularly in RAG, agents, and chatbots.
6. Good understanding and experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift Platform.
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualifications. Employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year, with higher compensation depending on your skills and expertise.
