Responsibilities
* Collaboration on research projects in the “Inclusive Education” unit
* Support in research projects: Participation in the planning, implementation and evaluation of empirical studies in the field of inclusive education
* Support in the development and testing of instruments: Collaboration in the design, development and testing of diagnostic instruments and their application in schools
* Support in the development of learning content for teacher training courses: Participation in the creation, adaptation and evaluation of training materials and programs for teachers
* Support in the acquisition of third‑party funding: Assistance in identifying international funding opportunities, preparation of funding applications and support for third‑party funded projects
* Collaboration on organizational and administrative tasks as well as evaluation measures
Qualifications
* Completed diploma or master’s degree in the field of (inclusive) education, psychology, or a degree of equal value
* Excellent written and spoken German and English: fluent language skills are a prerequisite
* Interest in the conception and organization of empirical research projects
* Main focus in the field of inclusive education/special educational psychology with special consideration of cognitive and social‑emotional development
* Above‑average knowledge of empirical social research methods
* Confidence in using computer programs to analyze quantitative or qualitative empirical data (e.g. SPSS)
* Very good knowledge in the field of computer‑aided literature research
* Experience in project management: sound project experience, ideally in a scientific or educational context
* Practical experience in a school context: experience in working with children and young people as well as teachers in a school environment, preferably in the field of inclusion
* Experience in acquiring third‑party funding: experience in applying for and managing third‑party funded projects (desirable)
* Publication experience: preparation and publication of scientific articles (desirable)
* International experience (desirable)
* Interdisciplinarity: willingness and ability to work on interdisciplinary research projects
* Ability to work independently: high degree of independence and ability to work responsibly
* Ability to work in a team: strong ability to cooperate and work constructively in a team

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 52 865.40 for a full‑time position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
