Handling operational HR topics within the scope of responsibility for top management
Managing and continuously optimizing HR processes across the full spectrum of the HR function – from onboarding and insurance matters to bonus cycles and offboarding – in collaboration with external stakeholders
Supporting the implementation of the global People & Transformation Strategy
Contributing to global HR projects with a focus on Total Rewards and modern working models in a production environment, as well as supporting the Executive Board with short-term HR-related matters
Coordinating and supporting international movements (Global Mobility), including global reporting, in close collaboration with the Talent Development team as part of the "Talent Powerhouse" strategy
Expanding and further developing HR controlling and reporting
What makes you great
Completed Master's degree along with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an internationally operating organization
Proven experience in leading international projects combined with the ability to make well-founded, independent decisions
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a high affinity for numbers; confident use of MS Excel as well as experience with HR software and People Analytics considered an advantage
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a confident and professional demeanor at all levels of the organization, and strong intercultural competence
Goal-oriented, creative working style with a pronounced strategic mindset
Fluent English and good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
