We are looking for a Senior CX/CIM Consultant & Pre-Sales Lead for our Customer Experience & Interaction Management practice in Tieto Tech Consulting.

This role sits at the intersection of CX Consulting leadership, customer engagement and pre-sales excellence. You will partner with Sales, Solution Architects and Delivery teams to consult customers, shape solutions, drive customer workshops, and support end-to-end presales activities.
When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Senior CX/CIM Consultant & Pre-Sales Lead, you:
* Lead pre-sales engagements, including solution design, workshops, business and technical consulting and customer presentations
* Translate business needs into robust, scalable CX/CIM technical architectures
* Evaluate platforms, integrations and technologies with objective technical rigor
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solution proposals with delivery capabilities
* Support bid responses, technical estimations and proposal content
* Act as trusted business and technical advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders
Who we are looking for
You Are a Motivated And Experienced CX Consultant With
* Proven experience in CX, Customer Interaction Management or contact center platform solutions
* Strong technical background in enterprise architecture, systems integration and APIs
* Hands-on experience with customer-facing pre-sales or bid support activities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage both technical and business audiences
* Proactive behavior
* A solution-oriented mindset with analytical problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English and German

The annual gross salary for this position will start from €70,000.00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
