In this role you will…
Develop multi-channel lead and conversion campaigns for large international brands. Manage and optimise your campaigns, evaluate their performance, and adapt your strategy accordingly. Actively follow current trends and continually develop and improve your team’s tools and activities. Carry out A/B tests, analyse the findings, and support further implementation. Co-develop your peers and provide guidance for juniors and trainees.
We are looking for…
3 – 5 years of relevant professional experience in digital / performance marketing. A keen know-how in individual business tools – such as META, Adform, Google, Pinterest, or TikTok. A good knowledge of tracking and data processing (GA4, Google Tag Manager). And you know what the terms CPC, CTR, and ROAS mean. Experience in strategic campaign development and implementation, including B2B and B2C. Great knowledge of data analysis and preparation as well as the conception of forecast developments. A strong conceptual and detail-focused mindset. Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in an international and friendly team.
