On behalf of our client, a 4*S Hotel in Vorarlberg, Austria, we are looking for a Chef de Rang!
Main duties:
* Insure in the smooth running of the section
* Assisting junior team members
* Deliver excellent standards of service in a friendly and professional manner to our guests
* Proactively welcome and greet all guests and visitors to the Restaurant and the Hotel
* Assist in the set up if the restaurant before service, ensuring all required items are stocked and ready
* Seat guests offering them menus, drinks and provide explanations of the menu when required
* Deal efficiently and courteously with all guest queries
* Ensure the restaurant environment is always maintained and cleaned to a high standard both during and after service
* Deliver consistent, exceptional service in line with the luxury standards
* Excellent knowledge of restaurant menus in order to be able to offer guidance and make recommendations
The ideal candidate will:
* have a passion for all things food and beverage
* be able to help train and supervise team members ensuring they deliver consistent quality of service
* have previous experience in a similar environment
* have a strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 4* and 5* establishments
* be creative minded with a passion and respect for the provenance of food

The minimum salary for the position as Chef de Rang (m/f/d) is EUR 2,300.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
