To enhance our successful Production Training Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate Technical Trainer – Production In this role, you ensure that employees receive the technical onboarding, qualification, and requalification needed to work safely and effectively. You identify technical training needs, deliver and document trainings, and continuously improve training processes in close collaboration with our operations departments and global L&D. You contribute to a strong, future‑ready workforce by supporting strategic training initiatives and developing new training programs.
