IN A NUTSHELL
As the Communications Manager, you’ll be accountable for defining and realizing the Dance communications strategy, with a major focus on owned Events, RedBull Content and Artist Projects, as well as Redbull Dancers and Third Party Strategies. You’ll support in creating the global dance direction for breaking and street dance topics and ensure that, globally, you’ll be transmitting key messages through content and event communication. You’ll also work with countries on their initiatives and Artist Projects. You’ll provide working tools for National Communication Managers and coordinate international activation through media and owned channels. Last but not least, you’ll be the dot-connector between Communication Programming, Content, and Marketing, helping to set clear milestones for country content productions.
GLOBAL COLLABORATION
You’ll provide National Communication Managers with the overall communication strategy and support them in adapting it for their countries, ensuring consistency while considering cultural nuances. You’ll centrally develop tools for local adaptation and activation, making sure they align with global goals. As a guide, you’ll mentor and enable National Communication Managers on strategy, content distribution, and activation of Dance initiatives. You’ll also share best practices and ensure that relevant global opportunities are capitalized on wherever applicable.
INTERNATIONAL DANCE PROJECTS
In this role, you'll focus on building awareness around Dance projects, events, and artists, with an emphasis on artist projects, third-party events, and non-event content activations. You’ll tailor campaigns to target and engage priority audiences and endemic trade, generating excitement for Dance properties through editorial partners and in the media that matters. By setting a high-quality precedent across the organization, you’ll deliver best practice examples to enhance overall performance. You’ll ensure that the internal global network is well-informed on Dance highlights and learnings, utilizing newsletters, guidelines, and best practices. Additionally, you’ll support stakeholders, such as content, marketing, and advertising teams, in identifying the right protagonists and storylines to best reflect the programs and initiatives.
STORYTELLING AND STRATEGY
A key part of your role will involve identifying compelling story angles and initiatives that resonate with the target audience across both earned media and owned channels. Hands-on experience with the activation of livestreams - whether for television, online, or social channels - will be important. Creativity and a strong editorial background will be essential to craft engaging narratives and elevate the impact of our communications.
You’ll also collaborate closely with the Content Team on country and artist initiatives, taking the lead in aligning key stakeholders around each project to ensure cohesive execution and strategic alignment.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
* 3+ years of experience in Communications & PR, preferably within Entertainment or Cultural projects.
* Has experience of working with dancers or artists to deliver impact within their target community.
* Understands and can communicate effectively with dancers and speak their language.
* Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills. Proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
* Excellent collaboration and presentation skills to align with local markets on priorities and needs, with the ability to identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen and scale local activation plans.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Team-player mentality. Highly structured and well-organized with the ability to communicate effectively and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
