The front office is the central hub of our hotel.

As Front Office Manager, you are responsible for front office, back office, and reservations, ensuring high service quality, efficient processes, and strong team leadership. You act as a role model and key contact for management and departments.


What you bring with you

* Completed training in hospitality or a higher vocational education in tourism.
* Several years of front office experience, ideally in a leadership role.
* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
* Strong leadership skills, organisational talent, and a hands‑on approach.
* Solid understanding of hotel operations, revenue, and quality management.
* Confident use of MS Office, hotel software, and booking platforms.
* Professional appearance, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure.
* Motivation to develop teams and actively shape processes.

Your tasks

* Lead and organise the entire front office team, ensuring excellent guest service.
* Manage front office, back office, and reservation processes, guaranteeing smooth daily operations.
* Ensure high service and quality standards, in line with the Unterschwarzach Group’s philosophy.
* Oversee reservation management and occupancy control, optimising room revenue and category sales.
* Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring long‑term guest satisfaction.
* Plan schedules and resources efficiently, balancing productivity and team wellbeing.
* Train and develop employees and apprentices, strengthening skills and hospitality standards.
* Work closely with management, HR, and other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration.
