In this key role, you will ensure that our standards of excellence are upheld even in the quietest hours. You are the reassuring presence that keeps the night calm, the accounts precise, and every guest feeling cared for.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure a smooth and secure night operation throughout the hotel, acting as the main point of contact for guests and internal departments.Perform check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency, warmth, and discretion.Complete the nightly audit process, including balancing transactions, verifying revenue postings, and preparing daily reports.Oversee cash handling, reconcile accounts, and maintain financial accuracy.Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, always striving to create memorable moments.About UsRosewood Schloss Fuschl has opened in July 2024 and is idyllically situated on the banks of Lake Fuschl, the graceful, historic property is reminiscent of a fairytale castle and has been welcoming illustrious guests for centuries.
