Responsibilities:
1. Manage and provide after-sales technical support to dealers, including fault diagnosis and technical solutions.
2. Follow up and resolve technical issues with customer vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Manage and organize regular after-sales technical training to improve dealers' technical service capabilities.
4. Develop and optimize technical service processes to enhance service efficiency.
5. Collect and analyze vehicle fault data, report quality issues to headquarters, and propose improvement measures.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher; Automotive Engineering or related field preferred.
2. 4+ years of automotive after-sales technical support experience preferred.
3. Familiarity with comprehensive diagnostic tools and maintenance procedures.
4. Proficiency in diagnostic systems and ability to guide debugging (technical communication) preferred.
5. Willingness to travel frequently preferred.
6. Flexibility to accommodate time zones for HQ communication (e.g., with China-based teams) preferred.
