About the Role
We are looking for a relationship-driven, strategic, and highly organised Influencer & Creator Marketing Manager to scale Leonardo.Ai’s global presence through influencer partnerships, creator community engagement, and affiliate programs. You’ll shape and execute the full strategy across macro creators, micro creators, and community-led advocacy—ensuring the function ladders into the broader demand generation engine for both B2C and B2B growth.
You’ll partner closely with creative, content, product marketing, and leadership to build a scalable, high-impact influencer ecosystem.
Where You’ll Make Your Mark (and Grow Fast Doing It)
* Influencer Marketing (Macro + Micro Programs)
Own and scale the influencer program end-to-end across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Build a differentiated strategy for macro, micro, and niche community creators, ensuring each tier supports awareness, engagement, and conversion goals.
Identify, recruit, and nurture long-term relationships with creators across diverse backgrounds, industries, and content styles.
Develop clear creative briefs and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure messaging and brand consistency.
Manage negotiations, contracts, deliverables, timelines, and performance reporting.
Continuously refine targeting, creator selection, and content direction to support the broader Demand Generation pipeline.
* Creator Community Management
Build and manage a thriving creator community that champions Leonardo.Ai across channels.
Develop programs that encourage retention, advocacy, and deeper brand affinity.
Facilitate creator education, assets, and communication channels to empower creators to showcase our product authentically.
Experiment with scalable community-driven content formats and programs.
* Affiliate Program Management
Launch and manage an affiliate program designed to complement influencer efforts and drive measurable acquisition.
Recruit and onboard high-quality affiliates across B2C and B2B audiences.
Optimise affiliate performance, incentives, and reporting frameworks.
Ensure influencer and affiliate activity integrates into broader marketing and demand gen strategy.
* Reporting & Insights
Track and report on performance across influencers, creators, and affiliates.
Provide actionable insights to optimise reach, engagement, and conversions.
Contribute to monthly and quarterly marketing performance reviews.
The Skills (and Mindset) We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in-house managing influencer programs, creator communities, or partnerships, ideally across both B2C and B2B.
* Strong relationship-building abilities: you genuinely enjoy developing long-term creator partnerships and communicating with a wide range of influencers.
* Experience working with macro creators, micro creators, niche experts, and emerging creator profiles.
* Ability to think strategically about how influencer and creator programs support awareness, adoption, and the larger demand generation pipeline.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
* Scrappy, proactive, resourceful, you’re comfortable building processes from the ground up.
* Data-driven mindset with experience measuring performance and pulling insights.
