Job requirements What you'll do
* Own and build the backend of our core software, shaping how engineers work tomorrow
* Collaborate in a cross-functional feature team (Product, Frontend, Customer Success)
* Deliver features and improvements that are aligned with strategic company goals
* Dive into a variety of backend challenges—from architecture to performance tuning
* Be part of a knowledge-sharing engineering culture, driven by curiosity and high standards
What we're looking for
* 5+ years of backend development experience with Java, Kotlin, Spring, or similar
* Solid knowledge of relational databases and backend system design
* Deep familiarity with the Spring framework
* Curiosity for new tech in the JVM ecosystem and modern software architecture
* A structured, analytical mindset with a pragmatic hands-on attitude
* Proficiency in English for clear collaboration in an international team
