Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance, providing timely support and solutions to end-users. Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first line of technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT incidents.
* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
* Support end-users with password resets, software installations, and account setups.
* Document issues, solutions, and processes in the knowledge base.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies, security, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum B2 or C1 level in German
* 0–2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience.
* Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Customer service mindset with the ability to handle issues patiently and professionally.
