Your territory
As part of our Software Development team, you will:
* Build high-quality Angular frontend applications for a global leader in the pet tech industry
* Develop and enhance user-facing features across subscription management, account management, partnerships and payments
* Collaborate with backend teams to deliver seamless, high-performance and reliable user experiences
* Support teammates through mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
* Design scalable frontend architectures
* Take ownership and continuously grow through hands-on experience
* Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase "...because that’s how we’ve always done things"
* Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
* 5+ years of professional experience working with modern web technologies (HTML, TypeScript, CSS, Responsive Web Design)
* Proven track record of professional experience with Angular
* Knowledge of modern JavaScript & CSS frameworks
* Hands-on experience working with components and design systems
* Experience building large, complex Angular applications with a strong grasp of architecture is a plus
* Confident communicator with the ability to articulate and defend ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
* Very good English skills

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 55.000 full-time - at Tractive that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
