In this Position you lead the Financial-, Non-Financial-Risk and Compliance department and ensure a strong and effective second line of defence (LOD2) across Austria and Switzerland.You strengthen our risk and compliance culture, increase maturity in operational risk management, incident reporting and monitoring.You improve the efficiency of our Customer onboarding process (i.e. KYC and credit requests), support the successful deployment of Generative AI usage and oversee outsourced resources.You play a key role in advancing our fleet electrification strategy while closely monitoring the impact on asset risks.You contribute strategically to safeguarding the organisation while enabling sustainable business growth.
You have 7+ Years of professional experience in the financial services sector and/ or in the leasing sector including at least 3 years in a leadership role.You have strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and a comprehensive understanding of financial and non-financial risk categories, including compliance and non-compliance risks.You make sound, well informed and objective decisions that support accomplishments of organizational goals.You are change - oriented, solution - driven and confident in navigating complex environments.You foster collaboration and create work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills, French or Dutch would be a plus
