Wealth Management CEE Relationship Manager
Position Overview
For our Wealth Management Team in Austria we are looking for a.
Responsibilities
* Acquire new clients / assets and develop / manage overall client relationship
* Act within professional, legal and ethical boundaries and guidelines, observing all internal and external compliance regulations and code of ethics and conduct; flagging and managing reputational risks and conflicts issues
* Develop the growth strategy for the location/team, ensuring prospecting co-ordination, cultivating centers of influence, etc. to enable and focus Relationship Manager activity
* Work in close co-operation with Investment Management and Product team heads to define ways to deliver against business targets
* Drive own & team’s collaboration and effective coordination with Investment Managers to deliver high quality services to clients
* Ensure that the service approach and product offerings consistently reflect Wealth Management’s business model and adhere to the approved value proposition
Skills
* Seasoned experience as a Relationship Manager in CEE
* Business development experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Have a good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality / secrecy / data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant
* Relevant local licenses and qualifications (where applicable)
* Fluency (written and oral) in English and the principal local language required; other languages are a plus

* The annual gross salary for this position starts at € 70,000.- (all inclusive). However, your final compensation will depend on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
