Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage internal software development projects from inception to completion based on SaMD lifecycle stages in accordance with the quality management system
* Support and guide for timely in-scope delivery of project milestones, design controls, verification and validation activities and regulatory documentation
* Monitor project progress and drive transparency and executive-grade reporting during the entire software development lifecycle
* Facilitate an effective decision-making process for release scoping and change management
* Manage risks and issues and escalate timely for mitigation
* Develop, implement and maintain product timelines across multiple departments
* Coordinate cross-departmental dependencies including product, software engineering, artificial intelligence, quality assurance, regulatory, commercial, clinical trials and operations
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, IT or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in Project management, a PMP designation is an advantage
* 3+ years of experience working closely with developers or a background in software engineering
* Excellent command of MS Office tools and technical affinity
* Working language is English, written and spoken fluency is required
* Able to come into the office regularly (several days each week)
* Structured project management approach with excellent documentation approach
* Taking accountability of the committed deliverable and proactive approach to managing the project to success
* Solid understanding of the technical domain and software engineering mentality
* Understanding of working under ISO 13485 QMS and native cloud software development is a plus
* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Effective meeting facilitation and methodical problem-solving skills
* Capable of leading discussions, driving alignment in cross-functional teams and identifying actionable solutions during meetings
