Your new adventure
Planning, evaluation, and continuous optimization of assembly concepts for our high-performance engines and transmissions in an international production environment, with a focus on time analysis and risk optimization
Responsibility for methods engineering work packages to ensure the optimal industrialization of our products while adhering to time, cost, and quality targets
Conducting MTM analyses to determine standard times and to create and optimize cycle times for assembly lines
Coordination and moderation of process FMEAs in interdisciplinary teams, ensuring global standards and maintaining consistent FMEA documentation
Creation and maintenance of work instructions and work plans in SAP, calculation of standard times, and workplace design (ergonomics, setup, workflows)
Design and further development of assembly layouts for series production
Your Skills And Experiences
Completed technical apprenticeship or university degree (HTL/Uni/FH) with several years of professional experience in work planning, production planning, work preparation, or time management
Professional experience in developing industrial assembly processes for series production
Technical understanding of assembly steps and workfl
