About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow relationships within the Salzburg, Tirol, and Vorarlberg regions. This field-based role plays a critical part in driving the adoption and optimal use of a broad portfolio of medical delivery solutions including infusion systems, consumables, and related digital health tools.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare innovation and possess strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and a consultative sales approach.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
* Conduct product presentations, training, and hands-on demonstrations to clinical and procurement stakeholders.
* Analyze customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. marketing, clinical support, technical service) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and identify new business opportunities in the region.


Your Profile

* Proven experience in medical equipment sales or related areas within the hospital/healthcare environment.
* Strong understanding of healthcare systems and procurement processes in Austria.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a geographically spread territory.
* Fluent in German and English .
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
