Paid Software Engineering Evaluation Opportunity ($500)
Overview
We are conducting a time-bound Software Engineering evaluation initiative to identify high-quality engineering talent at scale. This is a paid technical assessment program, not an active job opening or hiring role.
Qualified candidates who successfully clear the assessment will be paid $500 for their time.

Candidates are paid upon successful completion
Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Enforced)
Software Engineering professionals only
Graduates from Tier 1 colleges and/or professionals from Tier 1 companies
(as per the approved list provided)
5+ years of relevant Software Engineering experience
Candidates must be based in the United States or Western Europe / UK
Immediate availability to complete the assessment
Applications not meeting the above criteria will not be considered.
Assessment Process
The evaluation consists of two stages:
Automated Coding Challenge
Duration: 30–45 minutes
Focus: Problem-solving, coding proficiency, and logic
AI-Based Technical Interview
Duration: ~20 minutes
Focus: Technical depth, reasoning, and engineering fundamentals
Total time commitment: Approximately 1 hour
Compensation
$500 paid per candidate upon successful assessment clearance
