Your Tasks
Execute category strategies as part of the sourcing function
Run standard and complex RFPs under category guidance
Execute negotiations in line with defined category strategies
Ensure process compliance and proper documentation
Operate procurement systems (e.g. SAP MM)
Prepare RFx documents and sourcing timelines
Manage supplier communication and evaluation processes
Conduct commercial negotiations and support award decisions
Prepare award recommendations and approval documentation
Support contract finalization with Legal and handover to operational procurement

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 55.356,--. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we\u2019re happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.

Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Law, or a related field
Strong sourcing and RFx execution skills
Solid negotiation and cost analysis capabilities
Experience with procurement systems (e.g. SAP MM) and processes
Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
Ability to work cross-functional with multiple stakeholders
Basic to solid IT category knowledge (IT Services, Software, or Infrastructure)
Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
