Your Role Operating as a Staff Specialist Product Management within the Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you will work closely with customers to transform our products into cutting‑edge designs while building long‑lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset: design and implement strategies to increase market share, revenue and profit for specific customer segments, including distribution partners within the Product Line “Medium Voltage Power Switches”.
Deepen engagement and understanding of specific markets, customers and distributors.
Act as business enablement by promoting new technology and package solutions to regions and customers.
Create understanding and follow‑up on the realization of the business succession opportunity funnel.
Set up pricing strategy and perform pricing negotiations (e.g. annual negotiations and daily price requests).
Contribute to demand planning for mid‑ and long‑term capacity planning.
Perform business and market analyses and support product life‑cycle management activities (e.g. product discontinuation, product transfer projects).
Act as interface for the product line to various functions (e.g. Pricing Excellence, Demand Management, Sales / Marketing / Distribution).
Your Profile Qualifications and Skills A university degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of work experience, ideally in product marketing or management, business analysis or project management.
Technical acumen with a strong interest in semiconductor technologies, particularly power electronics.
A high affinity for project management, digitalisation, technology and market trends.
Advanced analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
Willingness to travel abroad (up to 20%).
Excellent English skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and business strategies effectively.

The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
