Your new adventure
In your role as Funding Specialist, you will be the central contact person supporting outstanding innovation ideas from all areas of the company through the application for funding programs. You will act as the key interface between the development department and the funding agencies.

In This Position, You Will Be Responsible For
* Coordinating and managing ongoing funding projects (submission and execution) within our company
* Maintaining regular communication with funding agencies (national and international) and project partners
* Acting as the central interface between the R&D and Controlling departments
* Developing funding proposals, handling contractual matters, and preparing technical documentation (e.g. FFG, AWS, KPC, Research Premium)
* Overseeing funding projects through all phases (application, contracts, progress reports, controlling, and final settlement)
* Conducting ongoing monitoring and ensuring timely internal and external reporting of funding projects
* Continuously evaluating new funding opportunities and serving as the internal point of contact for new funding initiatives
Your Experience And Skills
* Completed technical or business education (technical apprenticeship, HTL, HAK) and/or Bachelor's / Master's degree (University of Applied Sciences or University)
* Professional experience in project management and/or controlling – experience with funding projects is an advantage
* Strong technical understanding / affinity for technology
* Independent, proactive, and team-oriented working style
* Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Basic understanding of the funding landscape (national/international) would be a plus

The minimum salary for this position is EUR gross/year, flexitime, in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
