Junior/Professional Credit Risk Manager (f/m/x) - Limited for 1 year
Join our team as a Corporate Credit Risk Manager in the Group Corporate Credit Risk Management department, where you'll be pivotal in assessing and quantifying credit risk, underwriting, and ensuring portfolio quality for corporate clients in the Materials and Energy sectors, as well as managing risk for Asset Based products within the RBI Group.
Your role will encompass industries such as metals, forest products, and oil & gas, alongside products including Trade Receivables Securitization, Factoring, CLOs, and portfolio securitization.
Please note that this role is limited to a duration of 1 year.
Your role at RBI
* Independent credit risk analysis of limit applications
* Market benchmarking concerning transactions, counterparty peer and industry development
* Support for applicants with regards to facility structuring/terms & conditions (incl. negotiations of structural improvements if necessary)
* Industry/Product expertise: pro-active acquisition of special credit risk relevant, forward looking industry/product know-how and expertise
* Representation of risk management opinion of corporate limit applications including recommendation for decision in RBI Credit Committee
* Customer / Network units due diligence
Evaluation of product policies, participation in projects and working groups with relevance for corporate risk management, definition of U/W criteria for lending policies, participation in credit examination teams, etc.
Your core competencies
* A degree in Economics, Commerce or Financial Studies.
* Experience in banking; focus on corporate customers or banking products as an advantage (corporate relationship management, product management, credit analysis, FI risk management, etc.)
* Risk conscious, yet able to think in terms of general business management, beyond the specific credit risk focus, ability to grow and develop further in other areas of management
* Ability to manage across multiple functional areas (e.g. relationship management, product management, credit analysis, collateral management, workout) as well the ability to influence others
Business level command of English; German as an advantage
