The Position

As of now we are seeking a passionate and technical professional to become our new Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Designer and Developer within the RCV team. As part of our energetic and innovative team, you'll blend creativity with technical expertise to design and develop digital adoption solutions that empower users and enhances system learning across our business. You'll collaborate with experts, vendors, and stakeholders to turn complex processes into intuitive, engaging experiences that make confident and efficient system use possible.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Configure, design, develop, and maintain DAP solutions supporting medicine applications.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors to assess system processes and business needs, translating them into effective DAP solutions.
* Serve as the first line of technical support for DAP-related issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting and minimal disruption to end users.
* Monitor usage analytics and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
* Champion best practices in DAP configuration, design, development and user experience, advising stakeholders and influencing improvements across the organization.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Educational Technology or related field with experience working in a global, cross-functional business environment, ideally Pharma (GxP)
* Knowledge and expertise in adult learning methodologies and digital adoption platforms (SAP Enable Now, Whatfix, etc.)
* Ideally experience working with agile methodologies
* Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills coupled with strong technical abilities and a creative out-of-the box mindset
* Very good command of English in writing and speaking, German is an asset

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
