Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation, perform risk assessments, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.Facilitation: Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, continuously developing moderation skills to ensure efficient and goal-oriented workshop outcomes.Change & Transformation Facilitation: Analyze stakeholder landscapes to support change initiatives.
