As Lead Project Procurement, Supply Chain & Contracting Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of procurement, supply chain, and contracting activities for complex power plant projects within the PPE division. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role requires deep expertise in project procurement, supply chain management, and contracting for EPC projects

Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies for power plant projects, leading and coordinating all related activities throughout the project lifecycle
Manage supplier selection, qualification, negotiation, and performance monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services in line with project schedules and budgets
Negotiate contracts, manage contractual risks, claims, and compliance, and optimize supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management
Collaborate with engineering, project management, construction, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support project execution, commissioning, and handover activities
Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs, and dashboards; mentor junior procurement and supply chain staff; interface with customers
