About Titan Ag
Titan Ag is an Australian based producer and supplier of crop protection products located in Newport on the Northern Beaches. Titan formulates its products locally in Australia as well as with overseas partners and its alliance with Elders strengthens its ability to offer the best customer service for rural customers, across a wide-reaching national distribution network.
The Program
The Elders Crop Protection Program is a two-year graduate program, specifically designed to launch your career as a crop protection expert, a trusted role providing developing and managing the pipeline of products to support wider agricultural industry. The program provides exposure to product development lifecycle, R&D and product testing, supply chain management and compliance, broadening your skill set and knowledge across Crop Protection and the agricultural industry. The learning journey will start in WA for the first 6-12 months, with a long-term focus and placement to our NSW locations. The program will set you up with the skills and experience needed to transition into a permanent role by the end of the program.

About you
* Hold a tertiary qualification in Applied Science, Agricultural Science, or a related discipline, completed in Australia within the last 3 years.
* Demonstrates a strong passion for crop protection and a genuine commitment to supporting rural communities and growers.
* A proactive self-starter who thrives on challenges, seeks continuous growth, and goes above and beyond to excel in agronomy.
* Builds strong, trusted relationships through excellent communication, providing clear and practical advice to farmers, suppliers, and colleagues.
* Adaptable and open to change, with a willingness to learn from diverse product development practices and embrace development opportunities across Australia.
