We are looking for a freelance Community Manager fluent in Polish to engage with large social media communities across multiple platforms. In this role, you will actively participate in real-time conversations, responding and interacting with our clients’ communities daily.
You’ll ensure the right tone and approach in all interactions, meeting the needs of fans and followers while maintaining a positive brand presence. Requirements and Responsibilities
* Actively engage with large social communities on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, facilitating meaningful conversations.
* Monitor and respond to community discussions in real-time, addressing inquiries, moderating content, and maintaining a friendly and respectful environment.
* Understand the needs of fans and followers, providing timely and well-crafted responses that match the brand’s tone and values.
* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and digital culture, quickly adapting to capitalize on new opportunities.
* Manage multiple social media channels and tasks simultaneously with a service-oriented mindset.
* Collect and analyze user feedback, working to provide solutions and improve the community experience.
* Use community management tools such as Falcon/Brandwatch or Meta Business Suite to track and manage conversations.
* Collaborate effectively within a team environment while being capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Embrace the freedom and flexibility that comes with the role, balancing autonomy with the need to adapt to changing priorities.
* Proven experience in community management or social media engagement.
* Proficient in using community management tools (e.g. Falcon/Brandwatch, Meta Business Suite).
* In-depth understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with native or near-native proficiency in Polish.
* Ability to work independently with a high level of flexibility and reliability.
* A collaborative team player who can also manage tasks autonomously.
* Availability for a freelance, part-time role (approximately 3 hours per week).
