**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Be an advocate of deliverability best practices to our customers and internal Emarsys teams- Create self-help resources and training resources for our customers and internal Emarsys teams- Perform administration of customer accounts and sending domains- Analyse, process and solve spam complaints, ISP blocks and blacklisting**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have a technical degree (university or FH) and/or equivalent technical support experience- You are passionate about analysis and troubleshooting complex problems- You possess strong written, verbal and listening communication skills to write documentation and communicate with managers, customers and colleagues- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken- You are eager to learn if you are missing any of the points mentioned above**WHAT WE OFFER**:
