We’re looking for a driven and experienced Claims Operations Manager to lead and elevate performance across our Workers’ Compensation claims function.
In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day claims operations, drive performance outcomes, and ensure a high standard of service delivery for injured workers and stakeholders. You’ll also shape strategy, build team capability, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop across our Front End Operations (including 9 claims teams, eligibility, disputes, legal, and supporting teams) to deliver strong outcomes.
* Drive operational performance across key metrics including RTW outcomes, compliance, and customer experience.
* Provide technical oversight and guidance on complex claims matters.
* Partner with internal stakeholders including Legal, Underwriting, and Injury Management teams.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience within Workers’ Compensation claims.
* Strong technical expertise and understanding of relevant legislation and frameworks.
* Ability to influence, coach, and uplift team capability.
* Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
