On is looking for an Integrated Planning Platform Senior Lead Architect (Anaplan) at its HQ in Zurich. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast as you take responsibility for architecting complex Anaplan models in various planning areas surrounded by a fast‑paced environment. With your proven technical expertise and understanding of enterprise planning processes, you will contribute to setting up a robust planning platform environment.
Your Mission
* Design and architect complex Anaplan model, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
* Lead solution design workshops and facilitate interactions between business stakeholders and model builders.
* Review and validate models built by the team, providing guidance and expertise to ensure best practices are followed.
* Mentor and support the development of team members in Anaplan best practices and architecture design.
* Collaborate with the Anaplan CoE Lead to ensure operational excellence and alignment with strategic business and technology objectives.
* Stay current with Anaplan developments to deliver state‑of‑the‑art solutions.
* Document solution designs, architectures, and processes to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Your Story
* 7+ years of relevant experience working with business processes, data structures, and systems.
* Extensive experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect or in a similar role with significant expertise in designing, developing, and managing Anaplan models.
* Degree or good knowledge in supply chain, finance, or any other related field.
* Strong understanding of Anaplan platform architecture, data integration, and formula optimisation.
* Experience in leading strategic architecture and solution design in complex enterprise environments.
* Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving capabilities.
* Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner credentials are highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
