Your new adventure
* Implementation and optimization of global talent management initiatives at the production site
* Primary contact for talent management and learning development for our production and assembly departments
* Independent implementation of effective learning and development initiatives that unlock the potential of our employees and thus contribute to the realization of our corporate goals
* Design clear and inspiring career and development paths for apprentices, employees and managers in the production area to strengthen long-term talent pools
* Continuous improvement of onboarding, performance management and skills development to optimize our employee experience and productivity
Your Experiences And Skills
* Completed education or studies (HTL/University/University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on business administration, human resources, pedagogy, project management, or similar
* Technical background in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
* Profound experience in performance management, talent management, personnel development and organizational development
* Convincing personality with strong consulting skills, an analytical mindset and a structured approach
* Very good German and English skills
We offer
You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 53,241.02 gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
