To ensure sustainable company growth, we continually aim to offer attractive career opportunities for more than 170 employees at our Vienna site.Brand & Customer Manager Oncology (m/f/d)Primary Activities:Strategy development:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our products and servicesTranslate the global and local product strategy into local priorities and lead development of brand specific L3 brand plansCollaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales collateral, presentations and other OCE materials (digital, print & event material) that support the sales processCollaborate with cross-functional teams - Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, DDAL & ComOps - to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall goals and valuesLeading OCE agile brand teams towards commercial excellence in executionMarket understanding:Analyze market research to identify trends and opportunities and use this data to inform marketing strategies & implement respective measures to achieve business goalMonitor industry trends, competitive activities, and new product launches and use this information to adjust marketing strategies as neededCustomer focus: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, agencies and key opinion leaders in the industryCost management: Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness using data analyticsQualifications:University degree or above, preferably in business or life sciences (e.g. marketing, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine)Track record of 2-3 years' experience in a similar positionKnowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and marketing guidelinesDeep knowledge of the overall Austrian healthcare system and the role of the individual customer groups within the healthcare environment (oncology an advantage)Proven ability to understand & learn science and translate it into messagesAbility to develop and manage professional relationships, networking & to navigate within matrix organization & to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical / compliance, ComOps, DDALExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing messages and contentUnderstanding of customer behavior and the ability to develop customer personas to inform marketing strategyExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and the ability to manage customer data effectivelyStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through agile working principlesExperience with data analytics and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaignsGerman & English proficienciesStrong MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) expertiseAbility to work independently with limited supervisionWe offer an attractive salary, outstanding social benefits and an exciting work environment with varied tasks in an international environment.
