The HR Business Partner ensures that departmental goals and initiatives are closely aligned with overall business objectives, driving cohesive and sustainable growth. In this role, you will support our Go‑To‑Market and Marketing teams in a fast‑moving environment, acting as a trusted partner to leaders by staying close to the business, understanding evolving needs, and translating them into impactful people initiatives.

Drive the full HR cycle (e.g. workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and engagement) for your business areas.
Lead and support organisational development and change initiatives.
Guide leaders on performance, talent, and succession decisions.
Act as a trusted sparring partner to managers on leadership and team‑related topics.<
