Consultant training & implementation (m/f/x)

The Training & Implementation Consultant supports customers in the successful implementation and adoption of Innerspace solutions through consulting, training, and customer enablement activities.

The role combines workshop facilitation, training program development, onboarding support, and customer collaboration across international projects. In addition to customer-facing activities, the position contributes to the continuous development and refinement of Innerspace’s training and consulting services. The ideal candidate is highly self-organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in dynamic customer environments while communicating complex topics in a clear and structured way.


Aufgaben

* Lead customer onboarding and implementation for Innerspace training solutions
* Run international customer workshops, training sessions, and qualification activities independently
* Gather customer feedback and turn it into scalable training and consulting improvements
* Develop and continuously improve training and consulting offerings
* Coordinate with customers, internal teams, aseptic experts, and training departments to ensure smooth project execution
* Analyze training results and implementation feedback to optimize service delivery and customer success


Qualifikation

* Background in training, education, or learning sciences with experience delivering professional training programs
* Strong workshop facilitation, communication, and customer engagement skills
* Experience with digital learning tools or data-driven learning approaches is a plus
* Ability to work proactively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
* Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or GMP-regulated industries is a strong advantage
* Fluent in English and German
* Willingness to travel internationally regularly
