Your Tasks
* Support in maintenance and further development of the VIG Group's capital management framework
* Contribution to the capital management process, including preparation and maintenance of tools and documentation
* Regular data collection, analysis and reporting of capital management KPIs
* Analyzing and deriving options for action in line with the Capital Management Framework
* Monitoring the Group and its companies with regard to their effective use of capital
* Degree with a focus on economics or financial management
* First professional experience in relevant areas desirable
* Strong analytical skills and very good communication skills as well as an independent way of working
* High affinity for numbers and IT, in particular confident handling of Excel
* Very good knowledge of German and English
* Willingness to travel

Our mission
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,248.70 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
