Are you ready to take your career to the next level?

My client is looking for a Cluster Corporate sales manager to represent some of Salzburg finest hotels. Think Luxury with million dollar views attached!

What you will be doing:

As the Corporate Hotel Sales Manager you are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates.

You support the hotel's sales team by identifying potential business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales & Business Development:

1. Identify and approach potential corporate clients to secure new business.
2. Maintain relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure repeat business.
3. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to prospective clients.
4. Negotiate rates and contracts with corporate customers.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation:

5. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
6. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
7. Work closely with the revenue management team to optimise pricing and occupancy.

Client Relations & Account Management:

8. Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
9. Handle inquiries, reservations, and special requests from corporate accounts.
10. Organise and attend networking events, trade shows, and business meetings to promote the hotel.

Reporting & Administration:

11. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
12. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

14. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
15. 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or a related field.
16. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
17. Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and corporate travel requirements.
18. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

22. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
23. Willingness to travel and attend networking events as needed.
