Your Responsibilities
Manage cross‑departmental supply chain processes—from procurement and production to warehousing and transport—and ensure the smooth flow of materials and information along the entire value chain.
Responsible for production planning—from capacities to optimal preparation for manufacturing—and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Further develop the production strategy and all production‑related processes to improve quality, stable throughput times, and high efficiency.
Overall responsibility for warehousing, goods receipt, and inventory management and ensure smooth operational implementation via team leaders.
Analyze and optimize all KPIs and act as a sparring partner and interface to all departments and project teams.
Active member of the management team and directly involved in company‑wide decisions and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Solid technical education (master craftsman, HTL, FH) and commercial understanding. Experience in mechanical engineering is an advantage.
Several years of practical experience in the production area and have already successfully led teams. Ideally, also worked in an industrial project environment.
Organizational talent with an analytical, innovative mindset and conceptual strength.
Confident and personable manner, strong communicator and assertive.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on goals and results.
Good communicator and command of written and spoken German and English for negotiations and presentations.

We are required to state the minimum base salary for this position. According to our collective agreement for the metal industry, this starts at €63,000 per year. The actual classification and thus also the income always depends on your professional qualifications and work experience!
