YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design user-centered digital products, from the initial idea to the final interface, and translate requirements into clear, intuitive user interfaces
2. Analyze requirements in a structured way and create and communicate implementation concepts
3. Collaborate closely with customers and colleagues, to develop structured information architectures, interactive prototypes, and consistent design systems
4. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
5. Establish and grow a “Community of Practice” across relevant organizational units to share knowledge and best practices
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Completed education in a technical field such engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable, and relevant initial work experience
7. Proven experience in designing interfaces for complex platforms, including analyzing and optimizing existing interfaces based on user feedback
8. Strong expertise in user experience design, including creating user journeys, personas, flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes with leading UX tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, and others)
9. Exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of quality, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
10. Fluency in English; combined with proven ability to communicate and negotiate in an international environment

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
