Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Collect inputs from the market and customer feedback, use your system understanding to define the next generation DC/DC IBC converters Collaborate with system innovation team on schematic, magnetics and PCB design, efficiency and thermal simulation, component selection and BOM management, support product validation and optimization Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking Collaborate with test and quality engineers for test approval and qualification the DC/DC IBC module Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A University Degree within STEM (Science, Technologies, Engineering and Mathematics) area. MSc or PhD is considered as an advantage At least 10 years of relevant work experience with 8 years of experience within high-frequency, high-current, high-density IBC modules. Extensive knowledge of high-power density DC/DC magnetics design, simulation and power-loss estimation and module definition. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
