We are looking to expand our team in Vienna with an experienced professional who wants to play a key role in scaling a huge e-commerce project while staying in touch with the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you're the rock when it comes to our campaigns. You're not just strong operationally; you think strategically and bring your vast knowledge to our experienced team.
* Planning, setup, and optimization of search engine marketing campaigns (Google Ads / Bing Ads).
* You’re a pro at campaign structuring, ad copy creation, and keyword research for search, display, shopping, and remarketing campaigns.
* Evaluation and analysis of common KPIs using Google Analytics and various BI tools.
* AI-Driven Innovation: You actively collaborate with our team on exciting new projects within the AI space, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in performance marketing.
* Cross-team collaboration with our agile experts to ensure holistic online marketing strategies.
CRUCIALLY IMPORTANT QUALITIES YOU POSSESS
You're the senior talent we're looking for if you bring the following:
* At least 3-6 years of mature and practical experience in SEA and Performance Marketing.
* You're an ace at ROAS optimization, understand the pros and cons of AI-bidding, and are always up for a new A/B test.
* AI & Tech Savvy: You are comfortable working with AI tools as your daily companions. Whether it’s Claude or other cutting-edge models, you know how to leverage them to boost your productivity and campaign quality.
* An independent, structured, and analytical working style.
* Excellent German and very good English language skills are absolutely essential.
* Interest in a long-term position within our dynamic team.
ADDITIONALLY AWESOME WOULD BE
* Further language skills, e.g., French, Dutch, Italian, Polish.
* Experience with Claude (Cowork/Code), Google BigQuery.
