HEAD GREENKEEPER (M/F/D)

START DATE:

The Diamond Golfclub Ottenstein is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Austria, known for its natural design, excellently maintained fairways, and top-level sporting standards.
To ensure our course remains in first-class condition, we are currently looking for a committed individual to join our team as a Head Greenkeeper (m/f/d).
Your Profile
* Completed training as a greenkeeper or head greenkeeper (e.g. GVD certification, BIGGA, etc.)
* Several years of professional experience in greenkeeping, ideally in a management role
* Solid expertise in turf care, machinery, irrigation, and plant protection
* Leadership skills, organizational talent, and a strong sense of quality
* Independent, responsible working style
* Good computer skills (e.g. MS Office, maintenance management software)
* Passion for golf and sensitivity to the expectations of demanding members and guests
Your Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the 18-hole golf course and practice facilities
* Professional and personnel leadership of the greenkeeping team
* Planning and implementation of maintenance measures according to modern standards and ecological sustainability
* Management and monitoring of the machinery and irrigation systems
* Organization and coordination of external service providers
* Close collaboration with club management and participation in the strategic development of course maintenance
