Hours: Part-Time (19 hours per week)

Responsibilities
* Provide operational support across P&C processes, ensuring compliance with local legislation and internal standards
* Act as a subject matter specialist for local/regional P&C topics (e.g. parental leave, partial retirement)
* Contribute to payroll execution, resolve anomalies and ensure timely and accurate salary payments
* Manage personnel data, contracts, documentation and P&C communications
* Contribute to projects, audits, and organizational management in SAP
Qualifications
You are a detailed-oriented P&C specialist with a passion for collaboration and service. You have an educational background in business administration or commerce (e.g. commercial high school or higher vocational school for economic professions) and solid 3-5 years of experience in personnel and payroll administration. Your strong understanding of labor legislation strengthens your background. In addition, you are proactive, reliable and thrive in a collaborative environment where continuous improvement is fostered and valued.
To succeed in this role
* German knowledge at native or near-native level (due to the nature of the communication with external insurers and authorities)
* Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in SAP and time-writing systems (or equivalent personnel admin systems)
* Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
* High level of customer orientation, integrity, stress resilience and intercultural awareness
* A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing

We offer competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement, starting at EUR49,280 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus. Your salary package will reflect your 50% part-time engagement, profile, experience and the specifics of the location you apply for.
