* Lead the ongoing transformation of the supply chain processes, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and strategic improvements.
* Manage four core areas: inventory, warehousing, transport management, and planning.
* Oversee the implementation of global best practices across the supply chain.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollouts of new initiatives and technologies.
* Guide the successful adoption of new ERP systems (Kinaxis) and AI-based solutions.
* Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational excellence.
* Promote a customer-centric supply chain approach.
* Act as a key influencer, working closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure the success of projects.
* Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
* Strong track record of leading transformation initiatives and process improvements.
* Hands-on operational experience and the ability to influence and guide teams.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
* Willingness to travel up to 20%.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems and familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus.
* Fluent in English (German is a plus).
