We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join a well-established Premium Brand in Parndorf. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs; Ensure an outstanding customer experience in line with brand standards; Monitor store performance and implement action plans to drive results; Manage daily store operations, including stock, visual merchandising, and reporting; Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members; Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance. Requirements Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail; Background in retail is highly preferred; Strong leadership and team management skills; Results-driven mindset with a strong commercial awareness; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
