Support provider operations manger

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our NDIS support services. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring our organisation delivers high-quality, person-centred supports aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.

The Operations Manager will manage staff performance, client service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement to help our participants achieve greater independence, inclusion, and choice.


Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the operational delivery of support services including community access, SIL, in-home supports, group programs, and STA.
* Facilitate participant intake, develop service agreements, and manage CRM systems.
* Create support plans and regularly check-in with families/clients to ensure satisfaction and review goal progression.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
* Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and quality standards.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures based on your knowledge and experience.
* Respond to incidents, complaints, and participant feedback in line with organisational policy.
* Promote a positive workplace culture through team meetings, social events, and staff check-ins.
* Work flexibly and manage after-hours calls as needed.
* Support business growth and strategic planning by building and maintaining strong networks.
* Manage your work hours and schedule according to business needs.


Skills & Experience

* Minimum 3 years’ experience within the NDIS, disability, or community services sector.
* Strong understanding of the NDIS, including compliance, funding models, and service delivery.
* Proven leadership and staff management experience in a complex service environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of risk management, safeguarding, incident handling, and quality systems.
* Ability to interpret and work within NDIS legislation, pricing, and compliance frameworks.
* Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
