Position Overview
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high-performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across critical departments such as Operations, HR, IT and other core business functions.
Design, implement and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Identify, evaluate and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance, business continuity, and organizational stability.
Translate the CEO’s long-term vision and strategic goals into clear, actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
Establish, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, reporting insights to the CEO and recommending corrective actions.
Lead initiatives to build the infrastructure, technology and organizational structure required to support sustainable growth.
Collaborate with the CFO to manage the operating budget, control expenses and find opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profit margins.
Allocate internal resources including personnel, technology and capital to support strategic projects and operations.
Mentor and guide department heads and the senior leadership team to foster accountability and continuous professional development.
Champion the company’s core values to support a culture of high performance, employee engagement and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
Proven track record in scaling operations, driving organizational efficiency and managing complex cross‑departmental functions.
Demonstrated ability to mentor senior management, lead large teams and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma and strategic planning frameworks.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
Certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly beneficial.
