We're looking for Senior Fullstack-Developer (m/f/d)

As the IT of the REWE Group Austria, we work together with our more than 700 employees to develop innovative IT products and services for all our corporate divisions in Austria and abroad, setting the tone for modern trade.
Within our Marketing & CRM Cluster, the White Label Web Solutions Team creates outstanding digital customer experiences. Your work provides the technical foundation for more than 15 marketing and e‑commerce websites across 7 countries, directly impacting millions of users. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d), you will work across the entire technology stack – from intuitive user interfaces to robust backend services.
What you will work on
Development and continuous improvement of a white‑label platform for marketing and e‑commerce websites
Implementation of new features in both frontend and backend, as well as refactoring and optimization of existing solutions
Active participation throughout the entire software development lifecycle as part of an agile, cross‑functional product team (Frontend, Backend & Full‑Stack Developers, UX/UI, QA, Product Owner, Scrum Master, DevOps)
Design, implementation, and maintenance of RESTful services
Evaluation and adoption of new technologies to deliver state‑of‑the‑art solutions
Ensuring high standards for code quality, performance, maintainability, and testability
Writing technical documentation and supporting knowledge sharing and coaching within the team
What we are looking for
Completed technical education with a focus on IT (HTL, university, FH, or comparable qualification)
Several years of professional experience in software development (senior level is an advantage)
Excellent knowledge of Java and hands‑on experience with Spring Boot
Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience with Vue.js or comparable modern web frameworks
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows is a plus
High standards for clean, maintainable, and testable code
Enjoy working in agile teams, collaboratively solving UX/UI challenges, and bringing an independent, structured, and goal‑oriented working style
English: B2 (confident spoken and written communication in everyday working situations)
